This workshop is open to all levels and media suitable to plein air painting. Apgar-Smith is an award-winning artist from upstate New York who works in oil, watercolor, and pastel. FPA is pleased and excited to be sponsoring this unique workshop opportunity. The workshop will be headquartered at the Grange Hall on Pennsylvania Avenue in Centre Hall, PA.   more info
